For most of my life, I’ve felt it—a pulsing awareness beneath the surface of things, whispering that I was born with a purpose far greater than myself. That whisper eventually became a calling: to help awaken others and activate the global heart center. To become, in essence, a bridge of light.

Recently, the light beings I’ve connected with during labyrinth walks and meditative rituals have confirmed what I long suspected. They say I’ve been activated. Now it is my time to activate others. That truth is both empowering and unsettling.

Because here’s what I must confess:

I’m afraid.

I’m uncertain.

I sometimes wonder if I’m doing it right.

If I will fail.

If I’ll misinterpret the messages.

If my voice, my tools, and my actions are enough.

The guides remind me again and again: Trust the path. Do not focus on outcomes or the details of the process. That guidance sounds beautiful, but it challenges every part of my human conditioning. I want the map, the coordinates, the proof. But ascension, I’m learning, is not a GPS route. It’s a vibration. A becoming. A surrender.

What Is Ascension, Really?

Through my reflections and guidance from spirit, I’ve come to understand that “ascension” isn’t about leaving the physical Earth—it’s a dimensional and energetic shift. A rising of consciousness within the body, not away from it.

• Ascension is Embodied: We are asked to remain here and become lighthouses. To walk in density but beam in clarity.

• Ascension is Service: We help heal humanity and Earth not by escaping, but by engaging—with integrity, with presence, and with sacred devotion.

• Ascension is Trust: The path isn’t always lit ahead of us. It asks us to walk with faith, eyes forward, heart open.

How I’m Learning to Walk in Purpose

I’ve been shown and reminded that tools are already in my hands. And in yours.
